Bus Driver Training Module on "Student Rider Discipline"

A new bus driver training module has been developed on "Student Rider Discipline".  The module was developed i consultation with current public school bus drivers and guidance from the Pennsylvania School Bus Driver's manual.  The module covers the following:

• Professional responsibilities
• Student relationship building
• Public relations
• Student-Driver interactions
• Student Discipline
• Student age appropriate behaviors
•  Hints for controlling behaviors
• Working with school authorities
